We are Sails of Cowes, a welcoming Cafe in Cowes Located on Shooters Hill. We serve great food, coffee from Southern Coffee, heart breakfasts, a selection of lunches and light bites.

We also offer a dedicated Gluten Free range of breakfasts, pancakes and cakes ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

As a part of the local community we support local where we can. Our Ice Cream is from Isle of Wight ice cream company, where we have a selection of flavours for scooped ice cream plus vegan ice cream and ice cream for dogs.
